Our exclusive shipper for Zoo-Max® products in North America is UPS.
Freight charges may be added to the invoice. The freight charges will be based on the weight, distance, and value of the order. All freight charges are subject to change without prior notice. These conditions do not apply to our distributors and resellers in Canada and the USA. All returns need to be approved by Zoo-Max® customer service. 15% charges plus shipping costs will be deducted from your credited invoice.
